Michael J. Winsberg is in his 20th year of practice closing residential and commercial real estate transactions. He has additional experience in the areas of personal injury, business practices and criminal law.

Michael specializes in large commercial real estate transactions throughout Louisiana, including construction and permanent financing of multifamily residential, retail and industrial real estate projects. He earned his Juris Doctor from Tulane Law School.

Michael is admitted to practice before all courts, both federal and State, in Louisiana, as well as before the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal. Additionally, he is a member of the bar associations.

Mitchell Herzog first became a title agent in 1970 and has handled many commercial real estate transactions throughout his practice. He has closed and title insured the acquisitions and financing of regional malls and other commercial properties, major office building, hotels, multifamily and industrial properties.

Mitchell graduated from Tulane University in 1966 with a B. A. degree, and, in 1968 he earned his Juris Doctor from Tulane Law School where he was the winning Moot Court finalist and Associate Editor of the Tulane Law Review. Mitchell is also licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.
